(1) Tiered maintenance fees for Regular Checking accounts are:
- $5.00/mo applied to accounts with a balance less than $200.00 on any day in the month.
- $4.00/mo applied to accounts with a balance less than $300.00 on any day in the month.
- $3.00/mo applied to accounts with a balance less than $400.00 on any day in the month.
- $2.00/mo applied to accounts with a balance less than $500.00 on any day in the month.
- Any account that maintains a balance of $500.00 or more on everyday of the month will have the maintenance fee waived.
(2) If balance falls below $1,000, a $.15 fee is charged for each debit over 30 per month.
(3) A maintenance fee of $6 applies to accounts that fall below $1000 on any day in the month.
(4) An excessive debit fee of $0.15 per debit is charged for each debit over 30 per month on accounts that fall below $2,500 on any day in the month.
